husband and I have stumbled across something that works for us when we suffer from extreme body aches after working out...esp. if we try a new routine or have stopped working out for a little while and are re-starting. We use variations of these things...or sometimes all of them. 1. Emergen-C We like a new one we found....Pink Lemonade with- 1,000 mg of Vitamin C. We mix it with Diet 7 UP or Sprite. It is delicious. It has a lot of B Vitamin, Vitamin C, and 7 Minerals. This little drink tastes yummy and seems to give a tiny bit of energy. 2. Add Naproxen 3. Take a bath with Epsom Salts Hopes this works for someone. This works very well for us!!!!
