Hey Janet! Did you know that they have "click to chat" service at Sprint? I googled "Sprint Mobile" and then Contact Us and you can IM with the reps. But here's the best part. In most Cust. Svc. Centers, they are contracted employees and only have access to certain systems as an "upload" kind of ability to change process. Click to Chat is an Instant Messaging group - they very well may have access to a different part of the system.
