How frustrating! I don't blame you for being upset...I would be beyond furious. I fired an orthopedist at the top of my voice in a crowded waiting room for not having my MRI four weeks after I had it done. My mom says I made a great speech...wish I could remember it. Then I screamed at Blue Cross when I got home. I got a new orthopedist ASAP.
Would it be possible to contact your insurance carrier to get your records corrected? Or would that make things worse for you?
