I just found the # to call to stop getting all those "pre-approved" credit offers. They drive me nuts as we get about 10 each week. Not only are they annoying and open you up to identity theft from people going through garbage/landfills, they also waste a HUGE amount of resources.
I thought maybe some of you might like to have the # and email address. The opt-out is for 5 years and if you want it permanently you can go to the website to do that. I think you can do the 5yr opt out at the website also.
