It is possible to retrain ourselves, with a lot of prayer, turning it over to our Higher Power, meditation, new ways of thinking, support, rest, relaxation, new hobbies, therapy/medication (sometimes), etc.

Tools. Tools in a toolbox.

Pick one every single day (or two).

then, spend time using the tool.

Make it your daily practice.

You will start to retrain your brain and your behavior.

Amazing things can happen. It works if you work it.
