Okay, ya'll know I'm dieting. So I have to give away my favorite recipes that I'm craving and have someone else enjoy them since I can't. PMS + Dieting = Disaster This is my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe, I think I found it online. You can leave the peanut butter cups in it or not. I just love adding chocolate to anything. 1 c. butter (softened) 1 c. white sugar 1 c. packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 egg yolk 2 tsp. vanilla 1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter (creamy or chunky) 2 c. all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 bag of peanut butter cup baking pieces In a large bowl cream butter & sugars until smooth. Add eggs, yolk, & vanilla. Mix until fluffy. Stir in peanut butter. Sift together flour, baking soda & salt. Stir mix all together. Stir in baking pieces. Form into 1 in. balls and flatten with-fork. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook for 11-13 minutes. Cookies should look dry on top. Someone make these and let me know how they turn out!
