My goal is to maintain my weight for the next couple weeks before going back into it full force. I will keep up my walks and jumps and just try to prevent further damage. (can you tell ml did baking yesterday lol)

ML, that sounds like a good plan.

If you put too much pressure on yourself over the holidays, it's too easy to slip up and then give up.

Enjoy the treats, in moderation, and then the New Year is a perfect time for a fresh commitment to goals.
