Yes and hopefully he will stay up. I told him that if he stayed out of trouble I would have him and the family over to dinner next weekend. He immediately said something about going to the cottage in another state to help with some construction we were doing there. I told him that we would be almost finished and that even more important I needed to see that he was on the wagon and doing well before I would consider taking him on an overnight visit. He said he understood I'm not sure he does but I really don't care, it is the way it is. I will set the boundries and he will abide by them. He needs to earn our trust before we will go that far out of r way. -RM

RM, as the mom of a young man who faces several years of probation, I offer my support to you for the times ahead. It's wonderful that he wants to participate in the NIH study to help future generations; will provide some focus and meaning to his life.
