question about a wreath!!!!

Hi,
I am hoping someone out there knows what I am talking about!!! When my mom was in the nursing home the social worker had an adorable wreath on her door, the Happy Everything wreath, with little decorations from major holidays. I have been invited to a bridal shower and would like to order one of these. I have looked online but can't find one. Anyone know what I am talking about?

Thank you, I did see that but there is a wreath out there that is already made up with about 10 different small things celebrating all the holidays. Like the sign, but a wreath instead. I suppose it might be something to make instead of trying to find it somewhere.

There is a whole line of decorative items that comes up when you search "Happy Everything" on Amazon but I don't see that kind of wreath. I wonder if maybe that item was discontinued?
