Question about IEP and starting school without the meeting...

IF they even have the meeting on Tuesday (and they aren't sure they will), difficult child's county case manager can't attend the IEP meeting on Tuesday. She's having surgery.

That means we put this meeting off til Wednesday. or later. School starts Wednesday.

Do I send him to school on a non-existent plan???

Shari - If he has an IEP from last year, that should be carried over and be in place for the start of school. So he should go in under that plan until you get your meeting.
