Rats! Two separate friends want difficult child#1 to move in with them.

difficult child#2 has a job coach. She's with Volunteers of America. She "has never seen employment so tight and employers so hesitant". I'm not sure what the current unemployment rate is here but Florida is ranked in the bottom five or six of all states. Your lumber yard suggestion sounds good but all our local lumber yards went out of business due to Lowe's and Home Depot. Sigh. DDD

The job coach will have lots of ideas up her sleeve... but sometimes oddball ideas help too. Friends and relatives with various special needs... who wanted the independence of "working" but needed flexibility. Sometimes non-profit organizations are more flexible - they can't afford to pay top dollar, so can use "flexibility" as one of the benefits rather than things that cost $$.

What kind of skills does he have?
