I am so sorry sweetie. Y ou have gotten good advice here. But the ONE thing you have to so is to keep a record of each and every thing he does. An online calendar, a notebook, whatever works for you.
Otherwise you will get the shaft. I have seen it many times with friends, and recently with my brother. Please do this, I'm begging you. And don't stop because he gets out of whatever treatment or sentence they come up with.
