Saw the Lawyer about the Grandkids

Basically he said it was a chnace mtg and nothing can be done about other than difficult child leaving once he realized and that is what he did.
The lawyer has instructed my husband handle the visits in case the boyfriend still involves himself, even though he has no right. If they use the excuse about a lawyer in 2 weeks when we set this up, then the lawyer just feels it is a bold face lie and it is the way of the boyfriend to be controlling. Unfortunately it will be my difficult children ex fiance that will the pay the proce as she will be found to be in contempt.

jen, I do read your posts. sometimes I am not sure what you mean. I hope you guys are able to see the kids as much as you need to with out trouble.
