I hope difficult child will get it together and find another job soon...but it truly is NOT your problem...it is hers.
Recently young difficult child expressed how unhappy he is working for his brother. husband and I had to remind him that he makes 400-700 a week with almost no bills and he has a family we expect him to help provide for as well.
You want to just say "Tough...get over it, get up, and get on with it!"
I just wish our difficult child's would hang onto a job for dear life...for their own survival. I wish they would have a sense of gratitude for anyone even giving them a job!
