This is the title of a great book for moms. Many of us deal with a lot of anger. The book is not a tough read. It helped me most by showing me the actual physical signs that I was getting very very angry. It helped me to recognize them when I was headed for meltdown and then helped me learn how to ahndle my anger with-o the yelling, etc.... (I used to do a LOT of yelling.) I mentioned this to someone in a post, but don't remember who. I thought if I put it here they might find it, or someone else might find it useful.
