Thanks everyone. The family is tag-teaming our visits today: I went first, then father in law, Then older SisIL & brother in law, and husband with younger SisIL. mother in law was still very tired when I got there but she was well-oriented and could speak clearly. Her head was quite sore from the procedure so she was given a pain pill and her appetite was a little poor (but that is to be expected). Her vitals were good.

She ended up starting her lunch late because she napped but ate well with father in law. Also was sitting up in a recliner and working on a crossword puzzle (!!!!) when he left. husband is there with his sister now. They will probably move her to a regular room early tomorrow morning.

Thanks again for the good thoughts. They are truly appreciated.
