I hope you called the police and they escorted her back to Residential Treatment Center (RTC).

Thank you for the prayers & wisdom. It means more than you can know.

I called the police & a report was taken.

kt came home about 1 a.m. She says that she didn't meet up with anyone. She told me she didn't engage in sex. kt said that she's been feeling all "bipolar". I'm not sure what to believe anymore.

Saying the above, kt will be heading back to Residential Treatment Center (RTC) this morning. I'm done with this pass already.

Sorry she had you so worried. So, did you ask the obvious? What exactly did she do? Where did she go? Not to make light of the situation, but I would expect her to feel all "bipolar" since she is, in fact, bipolar.

Grateful to God she is alright. Yup if she is not stable, well then....sorry honey. I wish it had been a nicer visit for you. Will she go back safely?
Continuing the prayers. ( so do they test the kids etc. when they go back? not just drug screen but do they have to be checked for std's after a certain time... when they have disappeared? sorry to be so direct, just wondering how they handle that? She clearly has consequences off her radar, right?)

Good for you. You need to take care of yourself and let them deal with her. Glad she came back and is safe. I am also curious about where she was for so long "not meeting up with ANYONE". I realize you're in a BIG city but still, what can a kid her age do there "alone". HMMMM. Nah, I don't believe her either.

{{{{(((HUGS)))}}}} still coming your way.

I think you did the right thing. Whether she just feels manic or she was sneaking around doing more, she needs to be at the Residential Treatment Center (RTC) right now for her own safety, if nothing else- not to mention your peace of mind.

I'm so glad that she made it home safely! Of course I wouldn't buy the "didn't do anything" story either, but at least she's safe. Maybe the Residential Treatment Center (RTC) will finally see that she's nowhere near ready to come home yet.

Donna's post reminds me. Has your support team finally realized that you can not provide what she needs in the future? Seems like you last long post indicated that they were anticipating you becoming her primary caregiver and that has worried me...for you and for her. Hugs. DDD

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrgh! I cannot believe she lulled you into this AGAIN! Yep, call the police. IF, and only if there is a next time, she only takes walks with-you.

Did she go back to Residential Treatment Center (RTC) willingly? What dud they say when you brought her back?

Ugh. I'm sorry Linda. I wish there was a magic wand for Tweedles. Hopefully the Residential Treatment Center (RTC) will FINALLY figure out that Kt isn't ready to come home. She's pulled something during, if I'm not mistaken, nearly every weekend pass. And it's not as if her stunts were related to her "disabled, we don't know if she can handle parenting" mother.....these were purely Kt stunts.

Too bad we can't Gibbs slap these people!

Hugs.

You did the right thing. "Go for a walk" doesn't mean disappear until 1 am.
I'm glad she is safe.

Many hugs. I know this is emotionally exhausting.
