Last night difficult child actually cleaned her room! I mean really cleaned it. We have been going 'round and 'round about it and finally, she did it. I had to sit in there with her and keep her company and focused on what she was doing, BUT SHE DID IT! (and she really didn't complain or pitch any fits about it either!!!)

I've done the stay in the room and redirect thing with good results as well. Now if they could just keep it clean.

    Alright, difficult child! :cheerleader:

Getting kt's room clean takes someone in the room with her, keeping her on task & breaking it down section by section. If your difficult child is like mine, there is a huge beaming smile of pride when she completes her task.

Keep up the good work, mom.
