I tried to take as much information with me as possible. I think the case worker really appreciated it, although she didn't keep all of it. We kept the work history and functionality report for later use. I was told difficult child would be contacted at a later date. I hope they contact Me instead as I am not sure how he will answer things. I filled out the form and asked to be made representative payee.
