I think I adjusted the ingredients right and now have the partial batch in the oven. I'll let you know how they turn out but I can already tell you that the batter is delicious! :bigsmile:

Well...now you have to make the Mississippi Mud cookies from that link Donna posted on the recipe thread. They are heavenly. And the tea cakes...but dont bother rolling them out and cutting them out if you arent good at that. I just dropped them on the cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and they came out just fine.

I am glad you like them as much as we do.

on the other hand, if you are not in the mood to cook, Sams sells Pillsbury brownies in a big sheet. I got one to send some to my mom after her surgery on Monday. I also sent a big fruit tray and a pkg of blackberries.

The brownies were amazing - FAR better than the pillsbury mixes. Still not homemade, but one of the best store bought brownies.
