I mean - he was well within his rights to fire her...

BUT instead, he has taken her under his wing. This is so EXACTLY what she needs! (and of course, not something that Mom or Dad can do...)

Just tell him you are data collecting and that you'd prefer he erase the fact that he even met you.
Then again, you may not want to go behind her back.
I'm always concocting things and then not following through with-half of them. Good thing I can dump it into my fiction writing. :)

Good for the Boss. Keep us posted on how difficult child does. Hoping she learns and suceeds and we can use her as an example of how a patient boss can make a world of difference. -RM
