Any idea how many delegates they are choosing? Is this a shot in the dark or a true possibility?

I dont know how many but most scholarships and opportunities of this nature are based upon the bio and the first come basis. So to say that most every scholarship I have applied for asap I have received even when it was on a national level. ALL things are possible, right?
