This date last year....

our area set a new record....the lastest date ever for the temp to reach 70 degrees.

This year???? We haven't even hit 60 degrees yet! :coldday:

Then the weatherman tells us that La Nina will not end until June. Until then, we will continue to have below normal temps. We've been 9-15 degrees below normal!! No since planting a garden this year. Nothing will grow.

Think of me when you are roasting this summer. I'll be the one still wearing my winter clothes in June.

....But with all the tornado's that have been going around lately, maybe cold isn't so bad.

We were in the upper 80s last week but today at noon it's 47 and it is supposed to be colder tomorrow. I hurried to get my spring cleaning done so I could go out and play in the dirt but now the weather is not cooperating. Guess I'll read a book and take a nap.

Mutt - reading is about the only activity I want to do. It's too cold and wet to be outside. At least my flower beds are a nice bright green. They are totally covered in a healthy coating of moss. haha....

Kt - enjoy the warmth for me.
