To everyone feeling depressed and tired

Get outside and take a walk today. If it is rainy where you are - run around the kitchen screaming or laughing with your arms waving and a goofy laugh. Do something out of character.

It is good you recognize it. Now it is important to think about what it is you can do to change it. medications, exercise, therapy, a new hobby, etc. How is it working? Is it helping anyone?

Thanks for the timely & good advice! I'm actually (get this!) going to a partylite party this evening and out for a drink afterward with some other moms. Life has been stressful lately and I need a chance to relax without all my usual demands staring me in the face.
