Today's Goal

    I just want to have a place to document my plans for exercise some days because it helps me feel accountable. It's ok if no one responds, I just need to do this for me.

    Today I am taking manster and his friend to the skating rink, and I plan to put on some skates too.

    Unfortunately the weather has turned on us but I still plan to get in a long walk this weekend.

    ML, hope you, Manster and Manster's friend have a blast at the skating rink.

    I think I need to be accountable for my goals today as well. Here goes:

    1) Write the (long overdue) client report for November.
    2) Write the client report for December.
    3) Package both reports up for delivery to the client on Monday.

    Excellent idea, ladies.

    1. Update bulletin boards at church.
    2. Take my Buddy on a walk.
    3. Finish reading the book I'm supposed to be reviewing. Since I don't like it so far, it's been a struggle to get back to it.

    My goal is to go to the gym 5 days a week. I went this afternoon for the first time in 2009 -- 10 min on the arc trainer, 30 min on the treadmill and 500 meters on the rowing machine. Tonight my muscles are feeling it, but I'm energized to keep going. We can do this!!!

    We ARE doing it. SW great job at the gym! Trinity and KTMom I hope you reach your goals this weekend. I had a great time skating. I didn't even fall which is good because at my age it would be "help, I've fallen and I can't get up" lol.
