Hey Virginia posters---anyone in the VA Beach/Newport News/Hampton Roads/Norfolk area? I've got a friend with some really heavy mental sludge to work through that needs a recommendation for a decent therapist. Probably too much of a long shot, but worth a try!! Feel free to post here, or PM me.
