Wednesday Goals

    I have been doing great with exercise but not so much with diet. I would like to do better. So just for today I will make healthy/low cal food choices. I will also walk my 2 miles and try to maintain a positive attitude (feeling a tad down but fighting it).

    Good for you with the exercise!

    I'll join you in a healthy eating day, especially for me today in minimizing dairy. I'm allergic but can handle small amounts and it's starting to flare up a bit making me want to take a decongestant which in turn isn't good for the blood pressure.

    Pretty much a regular day for me with laundry and errands but I'm also going to put on my list tackling one "extra" organizing job (drawer, shelf, etc).

    SRL I hope you had a good day. I actually made it through the day eating only healthy foods (no sugar). I too try to minimize dairy, I hope you did great!
