We have to drive 3 hrs to help easy child move to a new apartment. We will stay overnight on Sat. He probably won't have a party, but a few mo's ago, he fell asleep and left something in the broiler that burned and we had to open all the windows. We are giving him the responsibility to change the kitty litter twice, take out the dogs and bring them back in 4X, feed all animals, and clean up after himself. Oh, and lock the doors and turn out the lights. This is practice for getting his license and car. THAT is a real motivator for him, as much as video games were when he was little. (He's still into gaming but not totally dependent upon it.) Fingers crossed! Send luck and strength and honesty for difficult child please. :praying::notsure::stupid:
