I finally got it on my phone but never could get it to come up on my laptop. There are some inmates who just don't want to leave! I think we set the record at the prison where I worked! We had a guy who was released after doing about 15 years. This prison is in a rural area about 50 miles from Nashville. If no one is coming to pick them up when they're released, the procedure is to have transportation officers drive them to the bus station in Nashville and buy them a ticket home. So they drove this guy to the bus station and bought him a ticket and they left. But he never got on the bus. Instead he found a car with the keys still in it, stole it, and drove it back the 50 miles to the prison! He parked right by the outside door to the warden's office, walked in like he owned the place, told the warden he had just stolen a car, and demanded that he be arrested! The warden called the county sheriff's office and they came and arrested him. And he was grinning ear to ear when they were loading him in to the police car! We always referred to that as the "inmate mentality".
