What to do with a tax refund~

I'm banking mine. I'm starting a tummy tuck fund. I started my life-change diet today. If I'm ok without a tummy tuck after the weight loss - then I'm spending some of the fund on new clothes and the rest to retirement. I haven't done anything for me in over 15 years. I hope I have the discipline to see this thru.
