Thanks for all your advice. It is no problem to pick him up, he is a total cuddlebug. But he STINKS. Just doesn't bathe.
Once a male cat gets spraying as a habit, neutering does NOT stop the problem. It may lessen it, but usually not by much, in my experience.
I do not know why the fee is so big. You would think they don't want strays running around. But no one cares. And our county does NOTHING about animals unless they are dead. Not sure what we will do, but I think holly sounds good under my window.
