It's bad enough with the random music that pops into my head that I end up 'listening' to for days on end. But, now I'm 'listening' to Chariots of Fire thanks to HWGA and Leaving on a Jet Plane courtesy of AOG on top of it.

You know how on some shows, the character will flashback to an old tv show during certain moments of their day? I flashback to music. easy child girlfriend's mom was talking about how moody girlfriend is and I instantly started to play B!itch by Meredith Brooks in my head. It took weeks to get rid of it. And great. It's back again. Sigh.

I've had If I could Turn Back Time by Cher in my head for a couple of days. No idea why. It just popped in. And a Bare Naked Ladies song except the only words I can remember are, "It's been...." and it keeps playing over and over. Now with all of these other songs....it's like someone keeps flipping through stations in my head. Piece of one, part of another, back to the one, then yet another one.

Stop it!

Next thing you know, I'll be picking up alien frequency through my fillings.

And just think...I haven't even taken any of my 'loopy' medications today.

Scary, huh?

I'm going to go back and dangle my feet in the babbling brook whilst I watch the little girls in their Sunday dresses and patent leather shoes play ring around the rosy.

This is wierd- difficult child has been whistling and "singing" a song in his head for three days- the same song- he says he can't get it out of his head. It's driving me crazy trying to think of the rest of the right words. I hear the tune in my head all day long now- and I HATED the song when it came out.

It is the old "La,la,la,la,la...something... everything you do, you do because you're beautiful" something about loving you. It had very high pitched pieces in it and some whistling. Can anyone help- it's driving me crazy. I know Heather would love to hear this one, too!!!

Oh, Beth- I used to sing that to my dog when he was in the vet hospital almost in a diabetic coma. He re-couped and came home- for 7 more years. Thanks for bringing back that smile to my face!
