He is quirky, but not prone to bizarre thoughts. What does it mean? I haven't a clue. If it were mine, I would subscribe to my good ole mantra: "It's better to be safe than sorry." And I'd go without having dread in my but because the neuropsychologist may have a perfectly good explanation for you that isn't frightening at all.
