I listened to it on audio books, it was a lot easier to understand that way. I also joined Oprah's group when she had Tolle on going through the book and explaining it. It didn't change my life. It was interesting but way too difficult to live my life like that. Perhaps if I was a monk of cloistered religious person and had my entire life to meditate I could, but I just couldn't incorporate into my everyday life. That's not to say I didn't get anything out of it because I did.
