Computer- wifi question

I use a modem at this house, which I'm leaving in 1 1/2 hour. This laptop supposedly has wireless internet capability and the hotel has wi-fi. Do I need to buy anything in order to use the wi-fi tonight? How do I set set up a connection?

The hotel will give you a guest password to access their Internet, then you set it up on your computer.

Your wifi on the laptop should just detect the connection, enter password and you're good to go. I'm glad you'll have internet while in the hotel. If you are there for a extended period you should meet me on pogo to play canasta or something if the evenings are long .
