Have you asked about the Prozac yet?
Have you done a search on "SSRI Withdrawal Syndrome?"
in my opinion, it's the medications, not what is going on in his world. I would look into it--Google up SSRI discontinuation.

I will add my prayers that things will calm down and you can find some help with difficult child, also some extra stength tp get you thru this.
