I am with Hound Dog in being thankful that OH is not a state that gives control over treatment to a teen. OK is not either!! In OK a teen can request a hearing with a judge to get the right to refuse a specific treatment, or a stay at a psychiatric hospital. In OK it is incredibly rare for a teen to win - they end up having to PROVE that the parent is trying to falsely make them appear severely mentally ill.
