I am so happy to have my difficult child 1 back to "normal".....finally. You know, the normal where he gets mad about something and cools off after a short meltdown and then apologizes and does what he's asked, sometimes with some negotiating when I allow it. For a long time there I wasn't sure I would ever have him back.

Now, if I can just get difficult child 2 back to being a easy child. He's becoming more difficult child every day. For him it's immature reactions and outright typical teen "defiance" which is still tolerable but soooooo annoying when I know what he's capable of "being" Know what I mean?? Geez I hate puberty!!!!

Glad you feel back to your "normal". I completely understand that feeling as you well know.... Even after that intense day he had a little while ago, it did turn around and he got to go to his activity, thank heaven for both of you!
