Finding a good school?

Are there any websites that list the school districts that are excelling in their Special Education department?

I would not think this would be available. Even within a district the school performance can vary widely in spec. ed services.

Also, to the school district a good Special Education dept uses a small amount of $$, and offers much fewer services than a parent's view of a good Special Education dept. Or I have found this to be the case.
