Food seems to be a big topic for the day- on the board and at our house! difficult child is doing well- he's making his cheese/potato casserole and the ham is in the oven. I'll start green vegies a little later and I've got fruit cleaned up for munching. So, between that and reading the posts about food, it's making me crave something I wish I knew how to make....
The Japanese soup that is typically served at the hibachi tables (although not cooked hibachi style) and it is primarily a broth with scallions and mushrooms in it. I don't know the name of it and have no clue how to make it. Does anyone else know?
