I will make this brief i am a mother of two children. 8 and 11 going threw a divorce, i have health issues from stress a kind neighbor of mine decided to call the state agency on me because they thought my little ones are not being cared for. I have something called dyskenesia a muscle disorder gets worse from stress . I do my best but now that these people are involved in my life my oldest has developed a nervous habbit of almost Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) quailities, any way i can get them to back off before they mess him up worse

A lot depends on your state and how far along in the process you are. Did they "found" the charge against you or are they still investigating? I've been through it, it is awful and stressful.
