Here we go again!
I think this is going to be very good for difficult child 1. She spent about 2 hours with him today getting up to speed on his materials, books, assignments, etc. Then she worked with him on biology for a bit and gave him bio and geometry assignments for the weekend. She also got him started on a French assignment.
She's coming back for about a 90 minute visit tomorrow, and then providing she gets all the info she needs from his teachers, she'll start the ball rolling with him next week. Probably two or three days a week for a couple of hours.
He interacts well with her and had a good attitude today. He didn't have to run to the bathroom until she left
Today he's feeling pretty good overall. He's taking a lunch break right now and when I get back from collecting easy child from school, we'll be going to the library to get a Charles Dickens movie that ties in with the time period they are studying in history class.
