That even made up for falling on my <img src="/community/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/2012/censored2.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":censored2:" title="censored2 :censored2:" data-shortname=":censored2:" />)</p><p></p><p>I think I am going to start focusing more on emotional health over the next while, now that my family is getting on track with fitness and healthy eating. I was talking with my therapist about my difficult child-parents during our last appointment. I have asked myself for a long time, what's wrong with me that my parents didn't or couldn't love me. The therapist said that I know intellectually that it's not my fault, but I'm still carrying around all of the hurt from so long ago. So...for the next while, that's my goal. Healthy mind in a healthy body. Now that the body is underway, I need to sort my head out.</p><p></p><p>Keep up the good work everyone. We Rock!</p><p></p><p>Trinity</p></blockquote><p></p>
