They said to take a hot shower and dress in thin cotton or terry afterwards and that will make you cooler than a cold shower. I don't know about that...Our pool never gets sun so it's always cold and I know that after soaking in it for a mere 20 minutes, my core gets very cooled down - it works! So, how about a cold bath?</span></span></span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: 'Garamond'"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="color: darkred">I hope you all can find some way of relief!</span></span></span></p></blockquote><p></p>
