Hmm, DDD...I don't know about taser use if you have a metal plate in your head. But I can see how it would be a concern of yours. I have similar fears in regard to young difficult child and his heart monitor that he has in place now...pacemaker in the future. DDD... I don't know if you remember but oldest difficult child pulled a knife out when he was around 15. He cut himself and ran through the neighborhood. The police were everywhere looking for him...they did finally find him and ordered him to put the knife down. husband says oldest difficult child was almost shot and killed by the police that night. I was taking care of easy child and young difficult child away from the scene at the time. It was a VERY scary situation. I did tell yall on the board about this but like I said it was years ago. And now more recently young difficult child being taken into the hospital after suicide attempt...escorted by 2 police officers who only adgitated young difficult child. Young difficult child was WRONG to have spit at them. But both situations make me think of what happend to this young man in the story. I just almost get the feeling that police like to taunt the mentally ill/mentally unstable and develop the drama. Maybe that's wrong of me...I just don't think police, in many cases, have been trained to know what to do with the mentally ill. I don't think they act respectfully in all cases...not professional ya know. Tammy
