Saw this quote by Corrie Ten Boom (she was a Auschwitz survivor). It's not the first time I've read it, but it seems to come along every time I need to remember it:
"There is no pit so deep that God's love is not deeper still."
A thread of hope has been dropped to my heart. My son is, indeed in a deep, dark pit, but God's love is deeper still.
