We just watched Part II of a really interesting program on bipolar. It was done by Stephen Fry, British comedian and person with bipolar disorder. It was enlightening, he covered a range of presentations as well as different therapies. He interviewed a number of other people with bipolar (including Richard Dreyfuss) and discussed how they coped. Some of the coping techniques were very interesting and original. He covered CBT as well as medication, among other treatments.
