So finding a way to destract myself from stuffing my mouth helped.</p><p> </p><p>Eventually, I was able to stop the habit. But I still have to watch out during times of intense stress so I don't slide back in to old behavior.</p><p> </p><p>Now, don't get me wrong, I'm still overweight. But now it's from not eating the way I should and getting enough exercise due to school hours and my crazy schedule. I'm grabbing "easy" stuff instead of good stuff......and since I'm not moving much it's adding up fast.</p></blockquote><p></p>
