It's a milestone birthday for me today.
When I was little, where my mom worked, they had this habit of passing out little chocolates on the day of their birthday.
So, I'm passing this quote I heard the other day.
It really touched my heart.
I don't know the title of it...so I've called it:

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.
For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.
For beautiful hair, let a child run their fingers through it once a day.
For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.
People, even more than things, need to be restored, reclaimed, renewed, revived and redeemed.
Never throw anyone out.
