Cooking Question...Using leftover ricotta with-o using pasta?

Do any of you use Ricotta with fish or meat? I improvise quite often to use up leftovers and "think" I rolled skirt steak with herbs and ricotta once. Maybe I stuffed chicken breasts? Today I'm just not too bright and thought maybe someone in the family has an easy answer. DDD

I found several recipes via google for steak and ricotta, as well as chicken and ricotta. I rarely use it so no ideas off top of my head. I tend to use it pretty much only in lasagna.

I've used feta & romano on steak, too.

I've seen flank steak rolled with ricotta and baby spinach leaves in the stores....

I did ricotta with cheese and spinach..some sort of almost pie dish
